Having happy and collaborating employees efficiently delivering what is needed is a necessary skill of every leader (SM, PO, TL, architect, manager, or even non-profit team leader) to balance these seemingly contradicting needs. Every leader should gain, practice and further improve this skill.
 
Our practical training with many exercises, simulations and discussions is a necessary complement to Management 3.0 training. Management 3.0 is more focused on system theory, motivation and organizational part (efficient delivering) whereas this training is more focused on soft skills and people leadership. We will discuss, gain and practice skills and topics including cooperation, avoiding and managing conflicts, personal strengths and their utilization, instant feedback, leadership styles, coaching, and self-recognition as well as human (brain) limitations and the social roles we pretend.
 
Why is this topic important for every leader? We treat and manage people based on our assumptions about human motivation and willingness to work. We forget our social games, human limitations and personal typology differences. This (usually unconscious) attitude causes small daily issues and misunderstandings as well as bigger conflicts and collaboration flaws among people, teams and business partners.
 
Many short exercises, experiments, simulations and discussions will help us to gain live experience out of psychology, personal typology, motivation theory, leadership and behavioral economy. These theories and skills should be part of every leader portfolio and should be respected in everyday situations.
 
We will also brainstorm practical small steps to adjust your working environment to higher efficient but pleasing one as the last step of this training.
